Infertility Stress?

Dear Friend,
Infertility stress is a rather common phenomenon. People all over the world are concerned, no they are beyond concerned about raising a family. Believe it or not, about 1 in 10 couples experience problems with reproduction in some fashion or form. This could be one of many millions of things, this by itself produces stress for you and on your bodies ability to perform “naturally”. Sometimes your doctor may be at a loss as to why you are having problems conceiving but alas, the stress factor is recalled and that could be it.

When does infertility stress become the cause of infertility?

It would be presumptuous for you to think with your first few months of trying to have a baby that you were infertile. That is a bit of an extreme unless you have some anatomical condition that would preclude your body from doing what is biologically normal.

Medically speaking, a couple that is trying to hard to conceive a child will often times be under stress attacks or anxiety issues. This of course causes your body to execute the fight or flight mechanism. And in either of those two states, producing conception does not fit. It is not healthy and something throws the body off. Either the eggs do not flow or the sperm is unable to swim upstream to connect with the egg, all due to stress.

How Stress Influences Conception

Stress could come in many forms. There is job stress. Marital or relationship stress. Financial pressures that produce stress. The list could go on for a quite a while here. But you probably understand that you need to evaluate your life now. Try keeping a journal of those events and times when you were upset by something. At the ended of five days of doing this, you would have a ready blueprint to review and make some changes to our life albeit for the better.

Additionally, there are really millions of things that can cause you to be stressed out. This stress in turn hampers a woman’s ability to ovulate. The doctor will check all of this out to ensure that there are no abnormal things happening with your body. The healthy egg is essential as is the man’s sperm count to. These are probably the first two things your doctor will look at. The reason why is that they are fairly common causes of infertility and they are easy on the body to check. There is no invasive surgery to perform in comparison to examining sperm counts under a microscope or some other test.
